After Login to Your Customer account, you will be able to select from the installed base list of Meri Equipment/Machines which have been delivered under Your Meri Order No. For each Equipment/Machine you can select Items from a Wear-/Spare Part List and generate an Inquiry Basket, which will then be forwarded to the Meri Spare Part and Service Team.
Our Team will execute a technical check of the Items in the Inquiry Basket and subsequently forward to you a Spare Part or Service quotation.
